What does "Overwrite Legacy SLSF" do?
IMPORTANT NOTE
THIS FEATURE ONLY APPLIES TO VERSION 3.3.0 AND OLDER
SLSF RELOADED 3.4.0+ NO LONGER HAS THIS FEATURE
The "Overwrite Legacy SLSF" toggle allows SLSF Reloaded to overwrite the old SLSF's fame values with the ones from SLSF Reloaded, therefore making this mod backwards compatible with the old SLSF and its related mods.
This overwrite happens every 30 in-game minutes, whenever you gain fame, whenever your fam
In SLSF Reloaded 3.0, Anonymity got a big update. Now there are three anonymity modes you can use:
No Anonymity (AKA - Anonymity Disabled)
Default Anonymity (What I will refer to as "Simple" Anonymity)
Dynamic Anonymity
Regardless of which Anonymity system you use, if you are considered Anonymous by SLSF Reloaded you will not gain fame.
Simple Anonymity
Dynamic Anonymity
Overview
Starting in SLSF Reloaded version 2.8, you can define "Forbidden" fame categories for NPCs that you have a Friend or Lover relationship with. "Friends" are defined as NPCs with a relationship value of 1, 2, or 3. "Lovers" are defined as NPCs with a relationship value of 4 or higher.
When you mark a category as "Forbidden", the respective NPCs will be less likely to cause you to gain fame in that category via Periodic Fame. There is a chance your Friend or Lover will "Ig
Overview
SLSF Reloaded has an Import and Export function to help preserve your Fame data, important flags set my other mods, and Custom Location registration. However, this WILL NOT Export or Import the MCM settings.
Exporting Your Data
To export your Fame Data, you may simply click "Export SLSFR Data", then close the MCM to go back to the game. The process will begin, taking a snapshot of your current fame values in all locations, as well as any important internal flags se
Fame Overview Page (MCM)
The Fame Overview page of the SLSF Reloaded MCM will give you a Quick-Look at where your character has fame. Currently, if your character has NO FAME AT ALL (aka, all categories have a Fame Value of 0) then it will say "False" for that location. Otherwise, if ANY category has at least 1 fame, it will say "True". This is to prevent the need for scouring the Detailed Fame page to see where your character currently has fame.
However, this page only reflects
SLSF Reloaded has a set of internal flags corresponding to each fame type. Mods that register themselves with SLSF Reloaded can manipulate these flags, and each mod's flags are individually tracked. That means Mod-A's flags will not interfere with Mod-B's flags.
Each flag can be TRUE/FALSE for each fame category. If at least one registered mod has a certain flag set to "TRUE" then the mod considers that flag "Active" for the player.
An active flag means that the player ca
You can register locations as a Custom Location via the MCM. However, you must be IN that location in order to register it. Additionally, I recommend NOT registering an interior such as the Bannered Mare, Braidwood Inn, The Arcaneum, and so on. This is because the mod is checking your STRICT location. Whenever you gain fame, it will be applied to the first valid location it finds compared to your STRICT location and that location's Parent locations.

Overview
SLSF Reloaded will decay fame in every location twice per day (once every 12 hours) by default, and attempt to spread fame once per day (once every 24 hours).
You can change the timers for these in the MCM, however your changed timer will not apply until the next timer stars.
When you Sleep or Wait, the mod will account for the time that has passed. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO NOT SPAM THE SLEEP/WAIT MENU!!!
The mod will attempt to "catch up" wit
Overview
In SLSF Reloaded, gaining fame is similar to the old SLSF. There are "Periodic Increases" and "Event-Based Increases".
Periodic Increases are scheduled to happen once every 30 in-game minutes, while Event-Based Increases happen when your character does something that warrants a Fame Increase.
Like the old SLSF, if your character is considered "Anonymous" then you will not gain fame until you are not considered Anonymous.
The maximum fame you can
