Hi. Just to add to your girl's possible background. There was a book called 'The Passion Flower Hotel'  published in 1962 (in the UK).   A film based on it made in Germany was called 'Leidenschaftliche Blümchen' and later released in England as 'Passion Flower Hotel'.  Perhaps she was a bit young at the time, but the story was set in a girls boarding school .
