And where do those baddies always get those overpowerd, non-resistable magical capture spells from? If indeed they were that easy to come by, I guess the Thalmor would've won long ago, given they are dabbling in magic far more than most human realms.

Perhaps try a swarm of Argonians with blow darts next time, just to mix it up for a change. ^^ Would've been the perfect opportunity, no poison resistant Redguard present for a change.

I am the master of loopholes But don't think I'll let myself get out of this so easy. I have a progressing plan for this now. It's almost a plotline 🤔 

I got a roughly written idea I want to set rolling with this. Will take a bit until it's completly drawn out 🤔 But it's a chaotic idea anyways.

Yes that's why he is a favorite character, he has that "nerd with a big dick" aura -as you wrote it also- plus the loyalty thing...but seriously the Black-briars are kinda cold and has that "everyone is inferior except us" attitude, yet Maven herself likes Harrald plus Ingun too (hence the reward offering), so if not for Lapis he could easily become one with the family plus having that support could make him rise up in high places.
