Owyn had a lot to deal with even before his sister Lucia got infected with the Breeder Mutation. The only reason he puts up with Lucia's constant frisky drifts around the trusty family dog is because no matter what, she's still his sister. But sometimes even the money they get for the pups and sibling love can't keep Owyn from being irritated whenever Lucia decides to have some fun with Dogmeat while he's around.
