Mihn Kim Tam awoke alone from cryogenic stasis (a similar scientific methodology used in Vault 111) in an undersea vault, Oddly enough that vault is Vault 120.  Data logs and other research files had Vault 120 pegged as a maritime research center bent on under colonization and genetic engineering.  These inhabitants were mean to be modified and engineered for aquatic adaptation on land and sea with subtle changes to their physiology.  The idea was to make a labor force capable of exploiting undersea resources and maintaining a ecological balance that would outweigh ant damage to oceanic systems.

Her ethnic heritage is hard to pin down, but she is a mixture of Vietnamese, Dutch, Spanish, and Pilipino.  The Dutch or Netherlander accounts for her huge and very sensitive breasts that her lineage has endowed upon her.   She is quite unbashful in regards to her endowments and is an avowed nudist on warmer days in the waters of the North Atlantic.  Summer, or what passes for it, is her favorite season.
