3. I'm using TRX addon like you do but I can't get the penis to "flap" like in your video. Is there a SMP patch for it?

1.  I use the same lip sync mod as you, i don't know why it blocked custom expressions from happening

2. I photoshop cum effects in it, the vid is how the cumshot looks actually in game


3. Use surver x floppy sos, check the last page of the get support thread and use my configs

someone tried to but he has issues unfortunately with the hair and skin texture not matching....if this was to be fixed he would be released as a follower

Although I've never had any cumshot effects on my futa characters. Been trying to make it happen. Did you mean that the cum effects in the vid can be achieved without any additional mods?
