Elisabeth Seymour - she's pretty nice looking - USA but she has that nice look of ladies from like Uzbekistan / Azerbaijan that sort of world region.

You've explained how you do your city backdrops and they look really good in the pics, but that pool pic with the reflection - that's pretty cool - I'm guessing duplicated, flipped & made wavy ?.

I never use Photoshop or any image retouching, (I'm very clumsy for that) the shot of the pool is made by hiding a Buydebug light source at the bottom of the pool and raising it with OMSP, then it's just a matter of playing with the angles and wait for the appropriate sunset time.
