Rosa awakes in the middle of the night to discover Vito stressfully sorting through the file that Leo Galante had given Vito at the end of Chapter 12.

This scene takes place somewhere after Chapter 12, "Blood Is Thicker Than Water"  and before Chapter 17, "Endgame".

Rosa: Vito?  What is the matter?

Vito: (silence)

Rosa: Amor, tell me what is bothering you?

Vito: My father.  I know what happened to him.  After all of this time, thinking that it was an accident....

(Scornfully) The men that he worked for...they had something to do with it...with his "death".

Rosa: (Comforting) Don't blame yourself, Vito.  Those "men" will get what they deserve.

Vito: (Melancholic expression)
