Public release question

What is the idea behind this mod.

Thanks to the great work of modmakers, we have mods that add variety to the appearance of  NPCs and make them very realistic and relevant to their place in the game world and lifestyle. But. All these changes concern only their faces. Bodies, however, remain with one template for all with the only difference that they have different weights. An old merchant woman, a woman warrior, a bard, a jarl, a bandit, a pregnant wife of a blacksmith, orc woman warrior and blacksmith ... all look the same.  They have essentially identical bodies. And mods for changing the appearance does not change this. It always annoyed me.

Unfortunately, I lacked the skills and knowledge to solve this problem by myself. But in the end, I decided to spend the effort to learn everything I need and make a tool that will solve this issue.

Yes, I'm not a pro and most likely the results of my efforts are far from ideal, but still I took a chance. I spent several months studying the mechanics of the game body and the principles of its modeling, found the necessary resources, rework and adapted them for the mechanics of Skyrim.

As a result, I managed to create a body constructor that will allow creating quite diverse and unique body types for PC and NPC. Of course, we are talking about creating bodies for NPC replacers.

At the moment, the alpha of my project is ready. The only thing left to do is the diffuse textures pack (almost finished).

Here is a short video overview of what i have now (its not professional review, just technical demo for my community).

In any case, I will work on the project further and bring it to the quality and functionality I need. In addition to morphing, I plan to add a number of options to it.

So, why am I writing all this?

There are people who are as interested in this project as I am. The technical part is almost complete and I have all the necessary licenses in order to officially publish this work.

You can ask - what is the problem? Post it.

The point is that the official release and the work for myself (or small community) are very different things. Different in meaning of time and even finances spent on it (types of licenses, cost of materials used...) But if community interest in this project i will be glad to share it.

Also among people who know a lot about creating bodies there is an opinion that there are already too many of these mods and another one project of this type will be superfluous, , and may be this is reasonable.  But for me personally existing of  any additional options are always good.

So, private release and public release are a very different things. I will finish this work anyway because i need this.
Only thing i want to know - do you, Skyrim community, interest in this work and do you need this as public release?

Hey, its Nina who sent the DAZ pose to you on Nexus :)

I can only say that I would be very happy if this project would be released and very many others also i am sure.

Yes we have CBBE, but in my mind the hands look chunky, no real modeled nails, no good looking intimate area lol

DAZ on the other hand is a whole other level of detail and i still lack a good body replacer that i am satisfied with for the vanilla races and COTR :)

So all in all it is your decision but i am pretty sure that a lot of people would be very happy.

I was already hyped about it when i saw your screenshots on patreon haha

Hi and thank you!

Anyway project is almost finished. I just need to finde time for solving some textures issues and make some skinning impruvements. Besides of all i already have all DAZ interactive licenses so i can release this project officially. Im not shure where i will make this release. Will see.

Doesn't seem like a bad idea to add another body if you're goal is to add usable fat morphs as CBBE and UNP really lack in that department. The main issues I can see arising are texture compatibility, physics compatibility, and high poly/draw counts. I trust that you'll find adequate solutions to all of these issues, however. Good luck.

Polygons mesh and textures are only technical moment. Simple routine. Nothing more.
