I dont know why the sound messed up, but when I duplicate the video and chuck it into my video editor when the file ticks over the sound is flawlessly looped. so I dont know what the go is.

I finally have Skyrim graphically the way that I want it, unfortunately I am about to go to work so I will upload some screenshots/gifs/vids when I get back. The graphics are kind of in between ENB and Pixar looking. AND I haven't used those low grade textures that make it look like a cartoon. This is exactly what I have been planning for a very long time, it has just taken me a very long time to figure out.
Now I just need to invest in a NVidia GTX1080 to get the desired fps I w
