My modlist goals

My gaming system is an Alienware M15 r3 laptop. It has an i7-10875H, 32 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super (8 GB VRAM.) I'm going for a graphics overhaul to make things look modern and with a decent framerate of around 60fps. I am not sure how much of an impact an ENB with parallax textures will have on my system. The plan is to pick optimized options and later upgrade. With this, I can see how much the new mods affect the framerates. Without using parallax textures or an
