Skyrim Pole Dances Framework (Abandoned)

OK, I just started animating (OK I tried in the past but now I have a reason to do it.)

My plan is to use OFA animation (What? OFA? 0FA? Omni-Fuck-All? (Offset Arm Animations)) to have a possible dynamic strip movement while playing another pole dance.

Imagine that your mod started a pole dance from this framework. The actor is playing a given animation (of a list of, but you will discover this later.)

Then, you decide that a specific point in time, the dances should strip.

And possibly with some extra arm movement like "removing and throwing a bikini to the watcher (TM komotor)), that is played during the main animation.

Thanks to @fore we have this possibility (and it was used by @ZaZ for all ArmBinder sub-animations.)

I will try to use this possibility for a new result.

The good news is that I have an excellent trainer to learn how to make animations.

Wish me luck.

Bwahahaha!!  omnifuckall

I was actually going to ask for this! (the dynamic stripping)  But I didn't want to keep throwing crap on your plate.  This is great news =)

Good luck CPU!  I belieeeeve in yoooou!   And if it looks terrible.. I forgive you.  E for Effort! =D

:: watches as projectile bra's fly around killing npc's and causing guards to attack people randomly::

Oh dear.. skyrim physics kicking in

What I meant was that it would also be nice if you could make it for fallout. If you want to build a strip club in your Skyrim, it's up to you. You should also throw in a theme park and a casino for good measure. ;)

Skyrim already has a lot of gambling and there's a couple of theme parks as well.

I´ll do that wooden pole as an "alternative" one  for you...no effects but "nice" to be in style of skyrim - no plastic and no silicon...ggg

You could put into this mod different dance-poles imo...it should have more than one...:-))

The framework has a set of poles (right now just one done by me and komotor.)

And also the ability to dynamically add poles from mods with a simple call.

The max number I am allowing is 64 different ones (different statics, of course, they can be used all the times you want.)

Progress Update

OK, the framework is coming out pretty well.

We did a demo, real utilization of the framework, with one dance from @komotor and one dance made by @CPU (yeah! It is my very first animation! Woohoo!)

Here you can watch the video (Warning: it is about 50 Mbytes long.)

Probably by the end of the week, we will release the first public beta.

Progress Update

Hello,

the framework now is pretty stable, and it is just a matter of debugging it for the first beta release.

It has very little content in terms of animations, but they will come.

I started animating for real, and I am learning fast. But for sure my skill level in animation is not comparable to the other guys.

I also added a small tool (called Pole Dance Maker), similar to MatchMaker but to try pole dances.

I am using this tool for all videos I am creating to show the progress.

Expect a first beta release in the next week.

First public beta.

Be aware it is still a work in progress, but you can try it. Very little animations are done right now.

It is recommended to get both the framework and the "Maker" mod, so you can test it quickly.

Full documentation is available on the Git repositories (on the first page.)

Framework (V0.0.1): Skyrim Pole Dances Framework.7z

Pole Dance Maker (yeah, like MatchMaker): Pole Dances Maker.7z

Enjoy and let us know.

when/where/how are the maker spells added to the PC? The obvious onload savegame did not work for me and I thought I'd ask before loading the CK and poking around, in case there is an easy answer.

EDIT

loading another game, the MCM menues loaded as they should. I can assign the spells from there. So far it looks like its working, mechanically at least.

Casting the placement spell at an existing pole removes it.

Progress Update

I did a re-write of some of the main parts of the framework.

Now it is possible to play OFA stripping animations while dancing.

And is possible to have a dance with a start anim, a cyclic anim, and an end anim.

I still have some troubles in managing correctly all possible combinations.

Until I will not have fixed these bugs I will not release the preview 0.0.2

Stay tuned.

Wow this is quite exciting, always wanted a working girl/brothel/stripper profession mod, serving drinks, dancing, spending time with customers etc.

This is going to go so well with other mods and role playing in Skyrim.

Really looking forward to its progress.

Progress Update

As you may know, I started to do animations. Right now I am doing only simple stuff (I am far far far away from the skills of the real animators.)

I also have again time to work on this project, and I will do it about every evening/night for the next week or two.

I hope to release the second beta (including the documentation) this weekend.

P.S. I really need to work to do a better positioning for the start and end of the animations. Right now the actor will jump too much around when it starts or it ends.

Okay,

I´m coming late with this stuff but please forgive me...I´m so busy on my mods and often I get angry if something is not working and then I drive crazy....(not exactly, but I feel sad if I can´t go forward), so here´s a first one, made of "glas-vanilla" textures.

If you take it, please don´t be busy with credits-not needed for this little "eyecatcher"....if you want you can change the pole and/or textures how you like-it´s yours now.

Testing it right now. Thank you.

I may need to remove the collision object, or it may not work correctly for some transitions.

OK, it is not in position 0,0,0 so it cannot be used as is.

And the collision object inside is problematic as I said. I can edit it to work as expected.

A small problem will be that the up/down animations will look unnatural because of the different diameter of the pole at the various heights.

Thank you for making it.
