First thanks for the update Halstorm, unfortunately I encountered a bug that I actually came across in the previous beta as well which is sometimes when my game time is 11.59PM as soon as it must go 12:00AM the game freezes and I have to alt-tab and force quit it.

 

Maybe its fixed in the new beta and I must do a clean save? Because I didn't do one with this update.

 

FYI I narrowed down the plugins to this one that was causing the issue.

Hmm first report of this issue, I'm checking it out, but can't find anything obvious where I thought the issue would be, can you tell me which drugs were active on the player or other actors at the time?

I edit a couple of lines in debugging that might have caused an issue, though I couldn't reproduce the midnight error on my install, give this a go

Fixes for some Recipe visibility requirements

 

Deleted Drug Pills & Needles to return to using SCR versions for retro compatibility (this means any Needles or Pills in your inventory will disappear and you'll have to reaquire them)

Beta Update 20131031.1:

 

Fix to SleepEz Needle not working

 

Fixes for wrong Ammo showing up in 12g usage list

 

Added Alcohol Drug functionality for Beer, Irradiated Beer, Wine, Scotch, Irradiated Scotch, Jake Juice, Moonshine, Vodka, Whiskey & Dixon Whiskey.

NPC's should only consume Alcohol in their inventory after 5pm if not in Combat/Sneaking unless addicted in which case they will try and stay sloshed all day :)

The various BunX, BunAway (and I think all/most other) drugs all seem to have a value of only 1 or 2 caps.

 

I am using SCR 2013-10-01 and Drugging 2013-10-02

 

I put Drugging at end of my load order but it made no difference

Most mods modify how ammos are managed.

 

It seems you forget to add your ammos in the concerned formlists and so they are not usable with some weapons.

 

For example SexoutDrugDart308SleepEz is not usable in my game with a snipper rifle.

 

I did a test by adding the ammos in the 2 concerned formists (for example adding SexoutDrugDart308SleepEz in AmmoList308 (single formlist) and Ammo30875 (leveled items) and all is ok :)

But I found a couple of other little fixes anyway in relation to adding the ammo to vendors. Update coming soon. Just be sure you were using the latest version because I do recall an issue with 308 ammo being added to 12ga formlist, I fixed that or maybe I hadn't uploaded that update :)

I don't add to those levelled lists because they add it to a lot of NPC's, and I thought this ammo should be a bit rarer than that, so I just add the ammo to some vendor lists.

 

Also NPC's may use the ammo on you, which may be fun I guess, not sure if they'll use it or not, my experience is NPC's don't seem to use anything but standard ammo though.

I think some mods redo the lists like AmmoList308 from scratch, I suspect it is NVCE or New Vegas Redesigned.

Hmm, if they empty it and re-add only their stuff there's nothing I can do to fix that unless Drugging is loaded after them.

I'll do more tests cause a Slaver's Life without tools to make NPCs unconscious will be a very hard life :P

 

For now, I have esmify sexoutdrugging and have done a patch which add the sleeping ammos in the lists so I can play.

 

And I confirm I found some sleeping ammos on NPCs :)

Hmm I think the drug tokens are all in SCR so to drug an actor you shouldn't need anymore than SCR as a master if you just check Drugging is loaded and add the drug token, then set the NX_Variable for SleepEz via script. Actually set the NX_SleepEz variable for the actor first then add the token, it should then work otherwise the token script might remove itself if the SleepEz variable is zero. Of course that doesn't help with ammo though.

 

I've been meaning to make a melee weapon called chloroform rag eventually and some drugged alcohol that adds a touch of LustOh.

Ah sorry, I just realised the scripted drug tokens you need are part of sexout drugging, just setting the NX won't do anything without adding the token so you'll need to make Drugging a master.

 

It seems 10mm Sleeping Darts have no effect on robots (but pills have effect)

 

It seems Darts and Pills have no effects on Behemots (but not sure, it's difficult to test they one-shot me :P )

Probably the armor DT on robots prevents them working I suspect, maybe the same for Behemoths, use a bigger gun might work, maybe 50cal or 12ga darts might be enough. I have a multiplier in the ammo so armor has more effect against darts and they do less physical damage after hitting. It may need tuning. I didn't want drug darts to work on people wearing power armor. Power armor helmets & gasmasks should save you from the gas grenades/mines too.

Also bigger ammo gives bigger dosage of drugs too with 20ga & 12ga being the biggest cartridge. 44, 308,556, 50Cal being medium dose in size. 10mm is pretty small round so not much drug in it hence need a couple of hits to bring someone down fast, but one hit should take a human down in 30 sec or so I think depending on their level. But I think penetration may be better for 50cal than the shotgun rounds, haven't played with it to prove it though.

Actually I'm just wondering if I put anything in for stopping it working on robots, I should do so anyway and possible do some race detection for the Android races etc too if possible.

I confirm the problem is NVCE, and it concern each mod which have new weapons or ammos. All new weapons and ammos from A world Of Pain are not in my game :/

 

I think NVCE redo the lists from the base game+add-ons, ignoring all other mod.

 

Concerning the SexoutDrugging ammos the only solution I found is :

 - make sexoutdrugging a .esm AND PLACE IT BEFORE NVCE

 - use the patch I join here placing it at first .esp in the load order. It only re-add the ammos in the formlist used by vendors, not in leveled item lists.
