I had a problem during the mission pest control. One of the three guys that you have to lure into the trap died outside. One of those new raiders with a brahmin with slave cages killed him. So I had to go outside to get all his stuff, but I couldn't reenter the house. I had to unlock the door via the console to continue the mission.

I'm playing 2.6.8c

I got stuck during the hooker quest in diamond city. On your way back you stop at an old gas station and have to take a bag of caps out of a cooler next to a sleeping npc. This wasn't possible because Gristle didn't remove the handcuffs .. so I couldn't take the caps and couldn't contine the quest.
