As a nude model, this could be done fairly easily as an equippable "outfit". New textures would be needed for it, but that can be done fairly easily with existing textures. Any clothing for it would need be to customized both in shape and to show the new cleavage. Bodyslide would likely be an issue because there are no references for this kind of geometry, so if BS capabilities were needed, it would be more challenging. I love this idea!
