Weird eyelash issue

I have no idea how to fix this or how this problem even came to be but from the looks of my lashes it seems there one eye longer then the others and i have no idea  on what to do im so confused, maybe im going crazy.

 

as you can see from the screenie, the eyelashes on the left are shorter then the rights.

Head mesh issue, close the eyes with mfg commands and you will see a gap in left eye - thats the black thing. Download soemthing like bijin warmaidens or other high quality npc mod and replace your skyrim female head mesh with the one from the mod. It will go away.

not to be a noob or anything but how would i go about doing that, or more of which folders do i go into and what files do i replace exactly? reason i ask is because im afraid of messing things up. also Thanks!
