Racemenu missing hairstyles

So I recently encountered a new kind of problem while modding, I've done multiple modded playthroughs but this is the first time I've encountered this particular problem.
Basically I opened racemenu and suddenly my character's hairstyle changed (it was KS hairdos- Sleepwalking) and now the number of hairstyles has decreased, I have other KS hairdos, SG hairpack, ApachiiSkyhair, KS hdt, oblivion hair pack, lovely hairstyles, better males and multi colored ks hdt hairs(ks hdt replacer). The only ones that appear in racemenu are KS hdt(multicolored), KS hair and apachiiskyhair also note that all hairstyles from these mods are not available either, including vanilla and the hairstyles from temptress race there are a total of 321 hairstyles only.
I noticed that further adding mods did the same with eye sliders, I have eyes of beauty installed and when i added a few more mods, the slider got reduced to only 9 options.

Is this an intended mechanic or am I missing something obvious? any help is appreciated.

Edit: I tried starting a new game and all the sliders were there, it crashed after a while with racemenu open though
