fat realistic fat body and interactions

Hi everyone

 

First at all sorry for my english is not my language so i will try to explain  the best i could xd

 

1) would be amazing if exist some mod, mesh or skin which can a body like the picture is so realistic and not weird

 

2) would be amazing if exist some mod or animations with interactions if your sim is fat like heavy breath, difficult to walk or exercise, positive and negative interactions depending if your sim is happy with her fatness or not. i don't know something like these

 

does anyone know if exist?
