SirDuke Posted May 13, 2018 Posted May 13, 2018 Hi there! I hope someone can help with this issue; I´ve tried palying a mod (This one here) Bit it was just not my taste. But after I deactivated it, a whole bunch of recipes stayed in my UI. None of them could still be used, they just blocked the space. How to get rid of stuff like this?
crusher Posted May 14, 2018 Posted May 14, 2018 Typically this is orphaned data left behind in the database. Depending on whether you are in single-player or on a server, both would required a wipe, or new game. If you have been backing up your database, you could roll back to just before you installed mod. You could also check with mod author and see if there's a way to remove, or have them add a uninstall feature that removes data entries before uninstalling. Currently there is no data cleaning utility for Conan Exile that I'm aware of. This happened several times on private servers that I'd been visiting. There were a few roll-backs. G-Portal does have database backup features. Smart to use these if you are hosting a multiplayer server.

SirDuke Posted May 15, 2018 Author Posted May 15, 2018 Yep! I know. The mod author wrote this little thingy, since I had problems with his mod here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1315595341 (As you can see, I use the same nickname everywhere XD ) But I´m really thankful! Guys like this one are a great blessing. Not everyone cares so much without being paid...
