Nude in CAS -- but without default replacement? // also, edit Bathing Outfit?

Hi, is there any up-to-date mod that allows nudity in CAS (removing maxis under-underwear) that is not bundled with other stuff such as a default replacement for penises/etc? I was using Better Bodies but had to delete it, because since it uses default replacement, it causes my trans male sims that don't have a penis, to render with a penis anyway. I tried cmar's underwear remover (found linked on another site) and it caused my sim's whole "bottom" area to turn invisible in CAS. 

 

Also, because I deleted the default replacement mod, my cis male sims are rendering without penises when they are showering. When nude/undressed and when having sex, they have them, it's only in their "Bathing Outfit" that it is missing. Is there anyway to edit this bathing outfit without having a default replacement?
