Landscape south of Skyrim not showing in Creation Kit

Hello everybody!

So I decided to make a mod in the Creation Kit that would use the space "south" of Skyrim. In the game you can see that there is landscape and even the white-gold-tower (in low quality, but it is there). But when I open the Creation Kit and go south of the original skyrim area there comes a point where the landscape just stops existing, but in the game it is there.

 

My question is: How can I get the Creation Kit to show me this "hidden" landscape and actually edit it (change the landscape, add buildings and so ..)?

I know a bit about how to use the Creation Kit and searching for this problem online did not help.

I´m pretty sure, these details are not part of vanilla skyrim, are they?

 

No... I just tried to find them myself; but nothing there.

 

Do they probably come from some mod, you´ve installed?

No, I don't have any mods that "expand" the landscape of the game or something like that.

Look for your self, it is in the game, but not in the Creation Kit

Does nobody know how to fix this?

It's like there is the "texture" of the landscape but not "real" landscape.

Can I somehow "convert" it to real landscape or to show up in the creation kit?
