SAM more realistic texture?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get more realistic textures on the sam body. preferably looking like the male versions of True Daughters of Skyrim

As for Normal Maps (Muscle): https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74142/

Concerning Diffuse Maps (skins), it'll be a bit difficult to find the matching textures with the female ones you mentioned above.
