ga643953 Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 Save clean tool just said I have like 6500 active script count all of a sudden. And it's definitely lagging my game out. All the mods that run on scripts now takes twice as long to trigger. But it was totally fine the day before. Does anyone know if there's a tool that can automatically delete these active scripts and possibly identify the mods causing them? Load order: https://modwat.ch/u/Ractorious/plugins
LaEspada Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 There's a few things I can see off from a quick skim. 1. hdtHighHeels is a really outdated and crappy mod that have very horribly made scripts, replace it with NioOverrideHeels (which comes with racemenu, just need to edit meshes with 1 very easy addition) 2. Pregancy mods are always script heavy, you can make the decision if they're truly essential in your regular gameplay. I see you have several of them running together. BeeingFemale and fillherup. 3. I would merge all your npc beautification mods into one esp (at least ones that are probalby never going to be updated again). Doesn't help with scripts with helps loads with keeping your esm/esp count down. 4. I would merge all your armor/weapon mods that don't have any scripts (same reason as above) 4. SexLab defeat is a very script heavy mod and relies on having a good system at a high fps or it will bug the hell out. 5. PerMa is a script-heavy mod. I use it myself but one has to keep that in mind. 6. I see you have a lot of SexLab mods, not to be disparaging to our mod makers here, but most sexlab mods are poorly optimized and are resource hogs. I would try and cut down some of them.

I don't actually remember whether or not I'm running mods that require the old hdtHighHeels to work. Should I just say fuck it and remove it anyway? 2. The reason it's still active is that I don't want to mess up my old saves that ran these mods. But I can remove fill her up I suppose since I don't even know why it's there. 4. Same reason as 2. but is defeat still taking up a lot of resources if I don't activate it in MCM? 6. That's what I'm afraid of, and the reason why I'm trying to look for a way to figure out which mods are causing the script count to blow up.
