Sim pregnancy issue with same household

My sims can not get impregnated or impregnate sims that live in the same house. Strangers, girlfriends , fiancé can all be impregnated as long as they live else where as soon as they move in its a no go. Using the pregnancy option in MCC doesn't even bring up the option to impregnate with active sim. I had an issue like this before in an older WW version but I can't remember what I did to fix it or if I just used try for baby set at 100% back then. I use nisa, WW,  and MCC

It should. wife was ovulating and I sent her to fertility treatment which when I checked gave her 96% chance to become pregnant I then had the husband get a fertility message. and they had not had sex prior so there was no lock out timer or w/e. No pregnancy. besides that when you go to pregnancy in MCC you should get an option to make sim pregnant using active sim , which was not available. both sims are young adults married to each other at this point, they did have a kid through try for baby. haven't checked relationship bits yet but I guess I should.

Make sure to not mix WW and MCCC Pregnancy, focus on one during the whole process.

With MCCC not allowing to do it either I have to guess that something specified on your Sims doesn't allow pregnancy.

Maybe you actually have it disabled in CAS? Or maybe the female is an elder?
