The unoffical patches old ones

Can some one tell me why have they removed them?

Is it ok to share them?

They removed them because no more valid for the last version of the game or because they fixed problems.

 

If you have the original game just grab the last one.

If not, sorry no help.

 

The USLEEP mods are "not redistributable" so also if someone has an old version it cannot be shared publicly on LLab.

Was afraid for that. Better ask then be sorry.

But there is still people that ask for them. And you can still get vanilla Skyrim. Personal I think they did wrong, but that is my opinion.
