Mouth not opening wide when gag is equipped

Hi Guys, 

 

This weird issue suddenly popped up where all character's mouth doesn't open wide enough when a gag is equipped. It used to be fine but i'm not sure why it's not working properly now. 

 

I took a screenshot to show the problem. ZAZ and DD are all updated and everything works normally. When i manually change my character's phoneme settings using racemenu, it looks fine. Is there anyway to modify the phoneme values for gags? I'm thinking that might fix it.
