Help installing cbbe hdt

Hi, I've been following tutorials for a reinstall since I switched from NMM to MO, last time I got cbbe hdt physics working fine, this time I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I got the xpm32 skeleton, cbbe, hdt physics extension, etc but the body not only has no physics but looks extremely weird when sneaked (see https://imgur.com/a/1DHxBOk). Latest versions of skse, fnis, etc. Any help is appreciated.

This is what I am currently using and it works excellent.

I had similiar problem recently when updating mods and it was to do with priority order and overwrites. I moved xp32 so it wouldn't be overwritten and it fixed the problem. Hope it helps.

Yeah, pretty much just kept moving the mod orders around until it worked, thanks yall
