bashed patch question.

Hi. When im trying to create bashed patch it asks me to disable few .esp's to continue, so i click yes and proceed with creating patch. But when everything is done .esp's are still disabled and mods not working in game. What do i need to do to make wrye bash happy and to get working mods? Can someone explain please? (Im using MO and bashed patch is on the bottom of load order).

It's not asking you to disable those mods.  WB is going to merge those mods into the bashed patch and therefore they will be become disabled after the patch is built.

Wryebash is creating a merged patch that includes the form lists from those mods, eliminating the need to load those esp files on top of the patch esp. If you're not seeing the function of those mods in game with the bashed patch activated, there may be conflict issues that need sorted out manually. Got any examples?
