LaughingMan008 Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Ill keep this real simple. If I can just figure out the basics on this, I'm sure I can figure out the rest of it. I downloaded a mod that adds bandanas to the game. They are really cool. But there's a bit of clipping with my char's eyebrows, as shown in the picture I've attached. How do I fix that? I assume I need to somehow make the headband wider so it doesn't clip? I have the BodySlider Studio program, just don't know what to do with it.
Guest Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 go to bodyslide and open outfit studio  if the armor has bodyslide files click on File -->Load Project  and choose you armor file in SliderSets folder  if not click on File --> Load Outfit and choose the name (whatever you want) and choose armor location (if the armor has two files like cloak_0 and cloak_1 , choose the _1)  left click on the mesh you want to edit  on the right side tab https://i.imgur.com/s2RDBUk.png  up you can see the tools like (Increase mesh volume , Decrease mesh volume)  and Brush Settings like size and strengthhttps://i.imgur.com/FYsqNBB.png  and there's X Mirror if you want to edit two sides of the body/armor at the same time, click X key to turn it off/on now click on Increase mesh volume tool and look at the photo you took from the game and edit the area that has clipping  there's also other tools you can use like (show a transform tool) if you want to move the armorhttps://i.imgur.com/WwJcOhW.png and (Zaps)https://i.imgur.com/wWFNERb.png  you can use zap to hide body or armor parts that has clipping or armor parts you don't want like here, i used zap on arms and legs to hide them instead of using Increase armor mesh volume because the armor i am using hide hands and arms parts anywayhttps://i.imgur.com/hrncIBR.png  Note: the area that you will be masking is the one that will not be deleted/hiden  if you want to use zap and delete masked parts do this: zap/mask the area you want to hide/delete  choose the Tool --> Invert Mask go to Slider -> New Zap Slider and name it what you want  you can see here you have new zap slider and if you click on the pen (left of the zap slider) you will see the parts you zap moved and that's good https://i.imgur.com/Wir1lW8.png  after you done with editing armor go to File --> save project as if your armor has _0.nif and _1.nif click on Low/High Weight Output if your armor doesn't have number like (Ebony Butterfly.nif) click on Single Weight Output  look for the armor you made in bodyslide and click on zap if you have one and build your armor  i hope i explained well   more informations https://www.loverslab.com/topic/25180-unofficial-bodyslide-2outfit-studio-tutorials/ https://github.com/ousnius/BodySlide-and-Outfit-Studio/wiki/Creating-a-BodySlide-project Â
