NPC Vanishing

I am experiencing a bizarre bug that I've never encountered before. Any time the NPC Willow has anything sexual happen to her, she vanishes. Whether my PC screws her, another NPC screws her, or she plays with herself. Consentual or rape. Location doesn't matter, whatever the surface she falls through it. Sex will complete, the orgasm ragdoll will go off, and while the other actor gets up she vanishes unrecoverably. Her two radios, movetoplayer, nothing will bring her back. Anyone have any clue what gives? Load order:
