cherry's new bones + anim tutorial?

In this thread in a couple places, there's reference to a tutorial by Cherry for adding and animating new bones to the skyrim skeleton.

 

I find no such animal.

 

In the first post of Cherry's BBP thread is a short animation tutorial, but nothing about adding bones.

 

what i miss? any idea where this tutorial is?
