Missing File

Twice now I have tried to DL WW to my new computer. It extracts all the files but refuses to extract/move the  ww_cas_parts.json file into my mods file.  I use 9 zip. I open the file and try to just extract that file to the mods folder it wont move, I have tried to move the entire file to the mods folder and it moves everything but this file! I start the game and the other files are listed except for....you guessed it! ww_cas_parts.json file. 

 

Please help if anyone can

Coulld be your Anti Virus preventing you from moving it

hmm. I cant see where my Anti Virus or my firewall blocking just that one part.  Thanks tho...  I guess I don't need this Mod haha
