last exception file pop up

The pop up comes up and repeats itself over and over.

It looks like the game is trying to load a household into a residential lot and the exception is being caused by an object not having the 'set_household_lot_ownership'.

 

Is the household or residential lot Custom content?

Ok don't worry about checking if you don't download that kind of custom content.

 

Do you download Custom lots or anything that containing Tray files?

 

Do you use MC Command Center? If yes, what version do you have? You can check this by opening the mc_cmd_center.log in your mods folder or when you load the game a pop up will appear with a message for MCCC with the version.

I recently downloaded sims 4 tray importer though to delete my cc? Should i delete that?

Tray files store all the information on Households and Lots that are in your Gallery. When you create a household and play, that household is automatically saved to the Tray folder.

Using Sims 4 Tray Importer is an outdated and unreliable way to delete CC, but as a Mac user there aren't many options. Did the Last Exception start after using this to delete CC?

What utilities are you using from MC command Center, are you using MC Dresser?

I can delete the tray importer if you think i should. The last exception issue occurred before, and so i deleted wicked whims and mc command centre, then i redownloaded it and it was fine for a while and then appeared again.

 

I don't use mc dresser no, i tend to use the other parts of it.

 

The last exception file only occurs when i press play on a paused game and it then repeats itself until the game crashes.

No you don't need to delete Tray Importer, it is a useful tool.

 

Does this happen just with the household you play or any household? Did you edit the household using MCCC? It looks like there's a problem with loading variables associated with the household, appearance settings from looking at the log.

Ok i removed mc command centre and the issue stopped, but a last exception file still came up, but the game didnt crash

If this is from playing the same household, then the household is the cause.

Sorry but I don't know what is causing the problem, only that it's related to the appearance modifier for your sims in the household. It could be a mod that changes effects like walk style or mood buffs, but there isn't anything in the log that points to what is causing it.

 

Check if you have any mods that alter visual effects of emotions, that's all I can think of.
