CTD when going outside

Like the title says I'm experiencing CTD's every time I exit a dungeon/building. I can see the loading screen and then the game consistently crashes after like 3 seconds. I had no idea what to do other than disable some mods that I could live without; this fixed my problem temporarily but it came back shortly after, so I'm entirely at a loss about what to do right now. I'll post my load order and papyrus log if that helps any:

First you must be certain that none of your installed mods do not require the presence of the game's DLCs: Dawnguard, HearthFires, Dragonborn, and finally the USLEEP patch.
In addition, your papyrus.log file is full of errors concerning a multitude of missing references yet contained in your game save file, so this one is largely corrupt and unusable as it is.
Finally, be sure you have installed all the mods requirements.

Your Papyrus is a mess with stuff left over from disabled/uninstalled mods. You can use a save cleaner like Fallrim Tools which will help abit. You are best off starting over. You can use a mod called Alternate Start. Its not just about alternate story beginnings for the player character. It will initially put you into an emptyish and scriptless cell, which can give a load order more room to properly set itself up, instead of it all happening during the intro cart sequence. I suggest getting the DLC you are missing so you can use USLEEP and more modern mods like More Nasty Critters Legendary version.

 

Edit: I see now that Alternate Start requires the DLC also. Another reason to get them.

Thanks for the replies! Yeah I don't have any DLC's, should've gotten them when I had the chance I don't have $45 to spare and I can't imagine them going on sale anytime soon. Anyway as far as I can tell the only mod I have that requires them is More Nasty Critters which I've read can work without them.

I don't mind starting over with a new save, but will these crashes happen again eventually if I keep all my mods? And how can I prevent something like this from happening again?

The crashes may or may not happen, depending on your own modding behavior. There is no "one button" method to make Skyrim stable forever. You can follow this guide I am linking to, to learn good modding behavior. You don't need to do every single thing in it. Just give it a good read.
