Vampires, NPC no fly as bat and no drain energy

So I am looking for 2 different mods. First one is to make it so Non-played Sims, or even Played Sims but not the current household from constantly switching to "Always fly as bat".  I really don't want to have to go into each NPC vampire sim and remove their ability of Vampire Bat. I do tend to take it on any vampire I play, but if I swap households the game automatically reverts that to their default movement style.

 

Second is either a cheat or something, but I see alot of NPC vampires milling around in the sunlight, so every time I invite one over, they are exhausted and always want to sleep. Had one constantly trying to sleep on a date. There is an option in DPs MC Command Center to max the entire neighborhoods motives, but would like one to just max a specific sims vampiric energy motive instead.
