Mouse button stop functioning after foreplay.

I am trying to trouble shoot how to prevent this bug from occuring but everytime after foreplay mouse button stop working the only thing that fixes this is by exiting fallout 4 completely and then reload the game again. i tried using commands enableplayercontrols or ResetInputEnableLayer 0 but none of that even works what commands is currently used by forplay to exit tcl commands ??

That is a common bug, which happens in skyrim as well. Restarting the game will fix that but you can also try saving before the animation and then reloading that save after the animation ended.
