I would upload a picture of the error but I can't. -__-

Every-time I try to upload ANY image I get this error, any know how to fix?

 

And after that, somehow this post was able to get posted but I got the error: EX1021

And yet, the particular page I wanted to upload to is filled with very recent gifs.

So it's me.

But this place never says why.
