Game crashes as soon as NPC's become nude

Title explains it, underwear works fine but when they become nude the game instantly crashes.

sex ( male\female) ?

in 90% it is "missing used skeleton bones" issue or wrong shader flag param "vertex colors" in the (naked body) nif file. 

In mod list I see 3 possible culprits - realistic ragdolls (mainly wrong skeleton data),Races of skyrim (that might come with its own skeleton and bodies)

I also see Sexlab (but not supportive addons to it) and i'm not sure with it .

Try step by step to disable them and analyze.

What do you mean by the 'supportive addons'? Where can I find them?

If disabling them is not helping than its the skeleton data or the body itself.Try to overwrite them from different mods.

I just disabled all mods you said and reinstalled Animated prostitution but now it just shows the underwear when nude is selected :?

animated pro have this alternative files \ skeleton.nif,skeleton_female.nif and  fe\malebody_rude.nif.

Realistic Ragdolls have its own Skeleton nifs, Races of skyrim prob have its own skeleton and bodies also.

This is what I wrote about earlier, you have 3 different skeleton data, some might be outdated.

Replace them with latest xpmse skeleton

Better open body nifs and see  if  fe\malebody_rude  have this shaders on or off.

open nifskope > open body nif > does shaders "vertex colors" work properly in them ?
