Need help - Deviousframework.esm is missing/Shlongsofskyrim core is missing

So im missing devious framework.esm but i cant find a download link for it (i have the 3 mdos off the download page for devious devices) 

i need help so heres my load order that has the problem

Im also having the same issue with leito shlongs with SOScore.esm is missing

Can you guys either post fixes or download links?

PS im trying to install wolfclub (player slavery) and these are the only 2 mods being difficult
