skin texture bug since update

i need help. recently i got a skin texture bug

see the dark pattern on the skin? it appears when i go into 1st person mode. i can use looksmenu, change the skin or preset and its fine but as soon as i go into 1st person and back to 3rd this happens. i only uninstalled the pip-pad to get my pip boy back and there was the latest update but nothing else

I didn't get the latest update, can't say anything based on these screenshots.

If you upload to IMGUR, make sure you convert the original screenshot from BMP to PNG - because JPGs are getting compressed to death on that site.
