how can i start career? I can´t make my sim to make a porn video. I have a camera but i don´t know how to make my sim to make video of her.

As long as you've downloaded the working version of the mod from the thread (not the original file), then sending your Sim to work is all that's needed. It's a rabbithole career, there is no active or work from home aspect to the mod.
