How do you replace npc voice files?

So I was wondering how would I replace an npcs dialogue with a custom sound file, I have been experimenting with CK, but I can't record the file cause I dont have a mic so I downloaded an npc quotes from a video and edited in audacity. But I was wanting to know how would I replace the original file with my new one?
