Giantesses are included in Hentai Creatures, and you'll want Bad Dog's Immersive Creatures. Hentai Creatures is included as an addon with More Nasty Critters, it comes with a Hentai Giantess as well as a heap of other hentai creatures.

 

These are fairly big mods but well worth the time and space.

 

There IS a Giantess mod that spawns Giantesses in camps but it requires Monster Mod and I haven't found a sexy up version yet. Also these Giantesses are not sexy.. But lore realistic at least.
