dormant restriants/mysterious restraints

My problem?  I use the new life mod, get the falkreath manor home, and need to complete it. no problem, but in the drafters table, where you can decide what room to add to your home, it says library, bedrooms, greenhouse, and other rooms.  then at the bottem, it says, 'mysterious restraints'.  you need 10 dormant restraints to make them. (which of course imediatly 'gave myself' using `player.additem .  OK, where are they? not in inventory, does it add them to the house?  where?  any help would be apreciated.

that is for a future quest in the Sexy Bandits Captives mod by Blackbird Wanderer (its not in yet)

for now just ignore it (it does not hurt anything or do anything yet)
