Lovers creature CTD

Just trying to get some pointers on where to start - WHen I enable my companion vilja to be raped or an NPC to be raped a bew odd thigns happen

 

1. If my char rapes an NPC say a bandit, a box pops up that says something like "target: Viljya... target not ready"

 

2. If I set Viljya to be able ot be raped and a creature is raping her it works fine until right after the creature orgasms - sort of like right when the script is goign to release the characters - then I get a CTD.

 

 

Has anyone had a similar ctd? do you think its a vilja conflict, a animation conflict, or maybe a load order thing? (I matched up my load order to the many posts of instal and other than this my game runs fine)
