Can we encounter NPCs randomly doing sex?

I have been wondering that for some time.

 

Sex as in, not woohoo where everything is censored but sex created by this mod.

if you have the autonomy, yes they can

You won't enter a lot to already find sex happening but with autonomy enabled there's always a chance every sim hour (last I read, anyway) that two sims will initiate sex on the current lot, with autonomy level changing the % that it happens.

Yep. Whether I am out at a park or on a date in a fancy restaurant. There is always at least an orgy or a few couples going at it

Yes.  One time My sims had the police career and while at a crime scene the two other cops and the victim who was a ghost randomly started having a three-way..
