AgentCarolina Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 my current SSD is not big enough to house FNV plus Nexus Mod manager keeping the backup mods installed in the same place, is they're a way to have the nexus folder on my hard drive while everything else installs to the SSD?

Doing this in order to save disk space is a practice that can be done using Mod Organizer, you just have to declare the corresponding paths in the MO configuration menu. On the other hand, I can not tell you if it is feasible with NMM, because unfortunately I am no longer a user of this mod manager.The only links I could find so far are these: How do i move NMM to another drive? Transferring mods and NMM settings to new Hard Drive? This is not exactly the answer you're looking for, but maybe there's a way to get inspired by it? You see me sorry for not being able to help you more on this topic regarding NMM.

I don't know what it is with MO but everytime i've tried to use it it's never worked, but i guess I'll go at it again with a fresh install of skyrim

Please take a look at the S.T.E.P. guides: Guide:Mod Organizer Guide:Mod Organizer Advanced Taylem has done a whole series of very useful Video tutorials that I will warmly recommend to follow according to your needs.
