GTA V, just like GTA IV is extremely hard to mod. As far as I am aware, animation mods are currently still only able to be replacers. As such, no one is interested in making sex mods for the game. The closest you will find are mods that use the hooker animations or that one animation from the story, but far from anything satisfying.

 

The interest in doing this with GTA is also fairly low, so don't expect anything to change with that any time soon.

Grand Theft Auto 5 is an absolute bitch to mod. You won't go far trying to get any mods to work.

The fact is, is that most just don't believe in the power of updating mods. And so they don't. This causes the mods to no longer be compatibe with the new scripts Rockstar creates. It's almost like Skyrim SE; if you plan on getting into the business of buying newer games, you have to either get into the mindset of updating quickly every time, on both angles, user and mod author, or lose your mods.

Or come up with a way to make it so that a device prevents their games from updating.

 

What others might not realize, is that it's actually illegal for Rockstar to stop you from using mods and forcing you to update to break them; that makes their software now ransomware, forcing you to update else breaking or removing your data. 

Once you've bought the game, it belongs to you, they can't keep changing data. Butu I digress
