Hi guys. I have a problem setting the Greaves section to transparent. I believe I set everything right.. just maybe not the Flags/Threshold?

So far i've tried 4845/0 flags/threshold and 4844/128 flags/threshold.

I set a NiAlphaProperty node and enabled it in the Properties of the NiTriShape Block Details. Am I missing something? Can someone help me out? Thanks!

Edit: I have not edited the .dds file. Can someone explain how to set the alpha channel in photoshop? Is editing the .dds file a necessary step?

Edit2: Managed to get the transparency done. However, there seems to be missing skin underneath. Another roadblock :(

New update! I managed to get the transparency problem fixed. However, the legs are now missing the skin texture. It looks like the author cut it out. Is it possible to fill in the missing areas? I won't be needing any part of the leg armors so editing this might be easier! >.

Sometimes, invisible parts of the armor/weapon ingame is caused by the wrong choice of the "Body Part", on the BSDismemberSkinInstance. For example, for an armor, it must be "SBP_32_BODY". You can change edit it by using NifSkope.

Open up your console's showracemenu and change your weight to the lowest setting. That should fix it.

If you want to keep your current weight, the only way currently is to make a copy of your new Cuirass_0.nif and rename it to Cuirass_1.nif. Check your armor and see if there is any tearing..

My weight setting is the lowest so I only needed to edit Cuirass_0.nif. I believe you're having that problem because it's trying to render the armor at a weight in between Cuirass_0.nif and Cuirass_1.nif which are completely different since you have a modified Cuirass_0.nif.

Haha hope that explanation made sense.
