Dabatking0429 Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 So, I reinstall Skyrim after uninstalling it, redownload SKSE, redownload NMM, the works. Thing is, when I boot into the game, literally none of my mods are working. From SkyUI to Defeat, nothing works. I've tried uninstalling both the game and SKSE, but it didn't work :\ Anybody know what's causing this, and how to fix it?
RohZima Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Maybe you forgot the ini - bInvalidateOldrFiles=1 or something up with nmm, does it have the correct paths. Can you see the esp's in data folder? Are the definitely enabled in the launcher or in nmm?

Well, I don't think that was it. It does say SKSE when I hit pause, but I still don't have access to any of my mods, or even the in game mod manager/menu.
RohZima Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 I think you have done something weird mate, installed to the wrong path or something... Install SKSE and Skyui manually, since you need them and they will never be uninstalled, and confirm at least that they work and you can see the MCM

You really need to make sure your plugins are actually present and enabled. Present as in the plugins (.esm and .esp files) need to be located in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data. And enabled as in you open up Nexus Mod Manager and you check under the Plugins tab that all the plugins are checked/activated, see picture below: Lastly, make sure your Skyrim and Nexus Mod Manager understand where each other are located. Obviously very important. Check this by clicking on the folder with the red arrow in NMM. Even if you're missing meshes and textures or even if your .ini settings are fucked up, your mods will still appear in game... albeit fucked up also. LOL. If none of this makes any sense to you then there's nothing else I can tell you.
